We ship to most of the countries, all over the world. 

For deliveries in Greece, we use Speedex. For the rest of the world, we use the national postal services.

Return Policy.

Contact hello@kitiandfifi.com before returning any item, we accept cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling is not refundable. If merchandise is exchanged, the new product will be shipped back to you at no expense. In case of return, any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
